Hi, I’m Tori! I’m a UX designer with an account management and media background passionate about making meaningful connections between people and technology.
I became interested in UX during my time as a Client Engagement Manager at an ad tech software company called 4C Insights. I worked on the front lines with clients who used our software and observed areas that caused confusion and how design impacted their processes and efficiency. I also worked closely with the internal UX, product, and engineering teams to implement client feedback and improve the platform. This experience inspired me to make a career pivot and enroll in the UX program at Designation in September 2018.
Outside of work, I like cycling to the best playlists on my make-shift Peloton, enjoying a concert at a local venue, and searching for the best breakfast burrito in town.
